I’m very picky when it comes to my perfumes. I usually buy the same ones that I know will work for me not wanting to spend a fortune on a fragrance and end up never wearing it because it’s too strong, too spicy, too sweet, etc.
I like the previous fragrances in the Pink Happiness range but not enough to wear it. A few weeks ago I received a bottle of Pink Happiness First Love by Revlon and have since discovered that I’ve become quite addicted to the scent!
The perfume comes in a white box covered with pretty pink hearts and butterflies. It makes me happy just to look at the pretty packaging!
The liquid is a light shade of pink inside a teardrop-shaped glass bottle with a frosted cap.
Everything about the packaging is pretty and feminine.
I was pleasantly surprised by this pleasing scent! The soft and floral fragrance perfectly represents Spring and would be great a scent to wear even in the upcoming hotter Summer months.
I wondered what gave it such a distinctive and sweet fragrance and have listed the ingredients below:
Pink Happiness is a sumptuous floral fragrance with accents of lily of the valley and enhanced by velvety jasmine. Top notes: bergamot, lemon, elemi and black pepper. Heart: ylang-ylang, jasmine and lily-of-the-valley. Base: cedar, guaiac wood, musk, vanilla and tonka bean.
Pink Happiness First Love perfectly suits my personality, it is floral, feminine and soft. Wearing it actually makes me feel happy and giddy. I love to catch a whiff of it on my clothes throughout the day. I feel like a lady and my husband says I smell delicious too!
Not only does it make me feel feminine but it’s also been nice for those days when I needed a little extra pick-me-up from my new-found happiness in a bottle!
I’m so glad this was launched right before Christmas as I will definitely be adding it to my gift guide for Christmas (as well as to my wish list in case I run out before then!).
Pink Happiness First Love has had a very positive effect on my marriage because it smells so lovely and I’m always happy so my husband says:
“Happy wife, happy life!” 😉
