Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies (no-bake)

During the cold Winter evenings, chocolate has become my guilty pleasure. I am quite able to finish an entire slab of chocolate but I feel soooo guilty afterwards! After I made these cookies, I discovered that because of the filling oatmeal, one or two was more than enough to satisfy my chocolate craving!

These cookies require absolutely zero baking and they are absolutely yummy!


1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
4 Tbsp Cocoa
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
3 1/2 Cups Quick cooking Oats
2 tsp Vanilla Essence


Add the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minutes. Stir in the next 3 ingredients. Spoon dollops onto wax paper and let it cool until set.
